We stand behind our products. Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please tell us. We will gladly refund you or send you a replacement. Send back the unused portion along with a brief note with your reason and instructions for a refund or a replacement. Used soap may not be returned for obvious reasons. Be sure to include your contact information.
Shipments are via USPS. We pride ourselves on fast shipment and shipments will generally occur 2-3 business days, including Saturdays, after we receive your order. We combine shipments and always give you the lowest price. If we find you have overpaid we will refund you promptly.
Payments are accepted through PayPal’s secure server link. We will never see your financial information. You don’t have to be a registered user of PayPal to make a payment with your credit card. Your personal email is never shared by us with anyone.
