I stand behind my products. My goal is your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please tell me. I will gladly refund you or send you a replacement. Send back the unused portion along with a brief note with your reason and instructions for a refund or a replacement. Used soap may not be returned for obvious reasons, just send a note. Be sure to include your contact information.
Shipments are via USPS according to weight. Eugenia Essentials prides itself on fast shipment. Shipments will generally occur 2-3 business days, including Saturdays, after receipt of your order. I will combine shipping charges and always give you the lowest price. If I find you have overpaid I will refund you promptly.
Payments are accepted through PayPal’s secure server link. I will never see your financial information. You don’t have to be a registered user of PayPal to make a payment with your credit card. Your personal email is never shared by Eugenia Essentials with anyone.
